Ordering And Delivery Terms and Conditions
Christmas 2026 – Important Dates
Early Bird Promotion: Until 30 November 2026 (inclusive), while stocks last.
Last Day to Order Cooked Food: 14 December 2026.
Raw Food Orders: Minimum 2 business days' advance notice (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).
Delivery Dates: 22 November – 30 December 2026, including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
Delivery Time: 1pm – 6pm.
Self-Collection Dates: 22 November – 31 December 2026.
31 December Collection: Pre-order collections before 12pm. Walk-in purchases from 12pm onwards, subject to stock availability.
Shop Closed: 1 & 2 January 2027.
Christmas Delivery & Charges
Delivery Dates: 22 November – 30 December 2026, including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
Delivery Time: 1pm – 6pm.
DELIVERY CHARGES
FREE delivery for orders of $150 and above.
$12 for orders from $120 to below $150.
$15 for orders from $100 to below $120.
$18 for orders below $100.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, items will be returned to Meatkrafters for collection by the following day. A redelivery fee of $25 applies.
Cooked Food & Reheating
All cooked food orders must be placed by 14 December 2026, regardless of the delivery or collection date.
Cooked food orders require at least 8 days' advance notice.
Cooked food weights are based on raw weights before cooking.
Pre-cooked food is supplied chilled and requires reheating before serving, unless otherwise indicated. Please allow approximately 1 hour for reheating.
Certain hams are recommended to be served chilled.
OPTIONAL MEATKRAFTERS REHEATING SERVICE
$50 per bundle or $20 per individual item.
Available only for cooked food purchased from Meatkrafters.
Limited to 10 bookings daily, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Collections are arranged in 2-hour slots.
No reheating slots on 23 December 2026.

General Terms & Conditions
1. All prices are inclusive of 9% GST.
2. If you require items not listed in our Christmas catalogue, please contact us early so that we may arrange a special order, subject to availability.
3. Orders are confirmed only upon full payment. Partial payments are not accepted.
4. As inventory is ordered or reserved upon confirmation, confirmed orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, subject to applicable consumer laws.
5. All products and promotions are subject to stock availability.
6. Meatkrafters reserves the right to amend prices and Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Changes will not affect confirmed orders unless otherwise agreed or permitted by law.
