Merry Leg of Lamb

Great price for the leg of lamb. Unfortunately, the taste is not quite as pleasant. The marinade did not infuse into the meat. The meat tasted gamey despite having it with sauce. Perhaps it differs from each piece supplied. This piece I received is not too good in my opinion. Thank you.
