Raised and fattened in the well known bountiful Liverpool Plains, our prime Black Angus cattle enjoy the finest environment and free to roamin thousands of hectares.

Our 150 days grain fed Black Angus beef are characterized by their tender, creamer texture with beautiful marbling

Developed by animal nutritionists, the diets of our cattle compose of cereal grains (wheat, barley, sorghum), fibre (hay and silage), protein (cottonseed, canola meal and molasses), vitamins and minerals.

Oyster blade can be cooked whole (grilled) or sliced into steaks. It is a very flavoursome cut that can also be used for stir fries. A wonderful chimchurri sauce can also be made to provide a zesty and slightly spicy sauce to the oyster blade.
