The ideal marrow bone is this one. In liquid, boil the bones. Scoop off the marrow and mix it with the liquid to make a flavorful and nourishing soup or stew base.

Bones with marrow can be used to produce bone broth, or you can roast the bones and utilize the marrow in the same manner as butter: spread it on toast, use it to boil eggs or roast vegetables, or allow it to melt over your steak while it rests.
