Tasting Notes: Mature aromas of blackberry, plum, liquorice, cedar, leather and black pepper. The palate is medium to full-bodied with softened dark fruit, savoury spice, fine resolved tannins and a long, elegant finish of cedar and dried fruits.

Food Pairing: Braised beef, ribeye, roast lamb, venison and aged hard cheeses.
