  • Packaging: Packed and frozen in water to help protect the lobster during frozen storage.

  • Ice Content: Approximately 30% of the total packet weight consists of frozen water/ice.

  • Net Lobster Weight: Approximately 70% of the total packet weight, excluding ice.

  • Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below.

  • Preparation: Thaw in the refrigerator, drain the water and cook thoroughly before serving.

Please Note: The stated packet weight includes the frozen water/ice used for storage. Actual lobster weight after thawing and draining will be lower.
