Our Australian MB2+ wagyu grass-fed beef is roasted to perfection, and it's ready to be heated up and served before the dinner guest arrive. 

It is cooked and chilled by a our central kitchen.

Reheating Instructions

Conventional oven: Temperature 150-160 degree Celsius, Duration 20-25 mins

*Remove vacuum bag before reheating & pre-heat oven before reheating*

Portion was inadequately small for the price. Ribeye was dry.

The prices are for the meats before they are cooked. This is industry standard in both restaurants and retail shops. I am surprised that it was dry if the reheating instructions were followed as these were cooked by Pan Pacific Hotel as were the given instructions. The roast beef item was reheated recently at a client event of 80+ ppl at KAP and It was very popular with the clients, with many of them commenting that it was succulent and tasty.

We understand that you were unhappy with the frozen brown sauce and do apologise for that.
