Prosciutto di Parma is exclusively from the Parma region in Italy. Cured with salt and herbs for 18 months, the meat acquires a sweet and salty flavor.

Sliced thinly in house by our in-house Italian Bizerba slicer, it is great to be served during breakfast or on top of a scrumptious salad.
