Premium Gammon Ham -Fat On ~ 2kg (Cooked and chilled)
So you're a bit of a meat connoisseur, and you're looking to add some variety to your next meal? You may want to try gammon. Gammon is the hind leg of pork after it has been cured by dry-salting or brining, which may or may not be smoked. Strictly speaking, a gammon is the bottom end of a whole side of bacon (which includes the back leg), ham is just the back leg cured on its own.
Gammon can be used in any dish where you'd normally use ham—it's delicious on sandwiches or with eggs for breakfast! If you're feeling adventurous, try making a delicious sandwich with gammon slices layered between bread with tomato sauce, cheese and lettuce—it's one of our favorite recipes!
Cooked and chilled by Pan Pacific Hotel.
