Maille Dijon Mustard - 215g
Excellent Dijon Mustard. Check out their website, a favourite of mine is to have this mustard with any of our steaks at Meatkrafters. (Tomahawk or bone-in steaks are great). If memory serves me right, this mustard does not have any mustard seeds.
Dijon mustard is a type of mustard that originated in the town of Dijon, France. It is made from brown mustard seeds that are mixed with white wine, water, and salt. The mustard is then aged for several months, which gives it a distinctive, strong, and complex flavor.
Dijon mustard is known for its smooth texture and tangy, slightly sweet taste. It can be used in a wide variety of dishes and is a popular ingredient in salad dressings, marinades, sauces, and dips. It is also an essential ingredient in many French dishes like coq au vin, and dishes like steak and mustard.
