Kangaroo meat is a pure, delicious and nutritious dish. It is ethically sourced, hormone-free and antibiotic-free.

The Australian government has been encouraging the consumption of kangaroo meat due to its high protein content and low fat content. Kangaroo meat contains healthy fat conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), which has potential anti-carcinogenic (i.e. anti cancer) and anti-diabetes properties according to a University of Western Australia study.

It is also high in protein, essential B vitamins, minerals such as zinc, iron and omega 3 fats and omega 6 fatty acids. Compared to beef, kangaroo contains double the amount of iron and triple that of chicken and pork.
