Hungarian salami is a type of salami that originated in Hungary, it is made from a combination of pork and beef, and seasoned with a blend of Hungarian paprika, garlic and other spices. The meat is then stuffed into a natural pork casing, and air-dried for several weeks.

Hungarian salami is a popular choice in the central European cuisine and it's often used as a topping on sandwiches, pizzas or as a charcuterie platter addition.

Also known as teliszalami or winter salami. 

It was historically made using mangalitsa pork and spices (pepper, all spice and others), cured in the winter cold air and smoked slowly.
