Our grassfed wagyu cattle are raised on the rich green pastures of Central Queenlands. Pasture containing grasses, wildflowers and herbs is the natural diet of cattle on these pastures.

These grass fed Wagyu cattle are free to roam throughout their lives. They are slower to mature and fatten, thus delivering better marbling than other grass fed cattle.

As the chuck steak is taken from the shoulder area of the cow, is has a lot more bite in it. Chuck steaks are good to be roasted in the oven or slow cooked.
