AUS Grainfed F1 Wagyu - Rump Cap "Picanha" MB4 - (350-400g)

Picanha (pronounced "pee-KAHN-ya") is a speciality of the Brazilian steakhouses. This meat is best for grilling over a BBQ and can either be skewered whole and sliced when serving.

This grainfed F1 wagyu cut has a much better marbling than other grassfed cuts.
