Artigiana Burrata Cheese from Puglia (Putignano Italy).
It is a fresh cheese obtained by cows' milk, with an external surface of "Pasta Filata" that containes inside frayed by hand pieces of "pasta filata" and milk cream. Artigiana Burrate is characterised by three details : in the closure part the isn't any hand, the external "pasta Filata" is hand made to permit the finesse of paste. The stuffing, that is Stracciatella, is characterised by handmade slices of mozzarella with milk cream.
