Our pigs are kept stall free from birth in a loose housing system in Australia. The animals are able to move freely in a large pen that is climate controlled with access to natural light. The pens are well ventilated and protected from harsh weather elements ( temperatures exceed 35 degrees in summer and drop below 0 degrees in winter) and predators.

Pork loin is mild and succulent. Its subtle flavour makes it the perfect partner to all manner of marinades, spices, sauces and stuffings. The meat takes on the flavor of what it is seasoned with and should be marinated before it is cooked for the best flavor.

When cooked properly, pork loin is juicy, tender and easy to cut.
