Picanha (pronounced "pee-KAHN-ya") is a speciality of the Brazilian steakhouses. 

“Picanha” is the famed rump cap of Brazilian churrascarias — rich in flavour with a lush fat cap for juicy, buttery bites. Outclasses many grass-fed cuts for succulence and depth. 

Grill or roast with the fat cap on for self-basting flavour. Slice churrasco-style for a juicy, authentic experience. Goes well with some grilled pineapple slices
