Australian Grainfed Wagyu MB4+ Tri Tip (Chilled) - 400-450 g | 860-900 g

The tri tip cut comes from the bottom sirloin (below the tenderloin and top sirloin). 

This rich and meaty but low fat cut is great for grilling. Season with salt and pepper it makes a lean steak. It is also great when sliced and used for stir fry.
