Wild Caught Chinese Pomfret - 700g

Wild Caught Chinese Pomfret caught in Malaysia. Also commonly know as "Dao Chior". Blast Frozen and delivered to Singapore.

We have sampled it steamed upon thawing and have found it to be extremely fresh when steamed. 

(Most times when we purchase from wet markets, we will freeze in our own freezers, but at a much slower rate, causing the meat to be not as succulent).
