Our grassfed wagyu cattle are raised on the rich green pastures of Central Queenlands. Pasture containing grasses, wildflowers and herbs is the natural diet of cattle on these pastures.
These grass fed Wagyu cattle are free to roam throughout their lives. They are slower to mature and fatten, thus delivering better marbling than other grass fed cattle.

The Picanha is a cut of beef taken from the top of the rump. You might also know it as a rump cover, rump cap, sirloin cap or even culotte steak.
This cut is a thin triangle of meat surrounded by a thick layer of fat called a fat cap. Because it is relatively untouched by muscle use, it remains tender and juicy with amazing flavour when cooked.
