The secret lies in Gustavsen Fossen’s expertise.

Fossen started commercial farming in 1972, based on 200 years of knowledge of fishing and smoking traditions. They still do it the old-fashioned way, providing the absolute best-smoked products to the market.

Thawing instructions

Frozen pack of smoked salmon. Presliced for easier access to the smoked salmon. For the best results, thaw it overnight in the fridge before serving (for at least 12 -15 hours).
