A type of roasted Japanese green tea known as Hojicha (焙じ茶) comes from Kyoto. After being steamed, the leaves are then roasted to lessen their harshness and give off their distinctive roasty, nutty scent. The procedure turns the tea dark, giving it a seductive chestnut-brown hue.
Using organic cacao from Uganda's Semuliki Forest, a 53% milk chocolate was created with a warm, soothing flavor and a creamy texture.
