Fossa Chocolate Koushun Oolong Kamairicha - 50g
Tasting notes : Preserved plum, jasmine bloom, apricot kernel, umami
A collaborative chocolate with the third- and fourth-generation tea producer Kajihara Tea Garden, established in 1950 and based in Tsuge, Ashikita county, Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan.
The Koushun tea variety is renowned for its robust scent and high Umami content. Its flavor, when made into oolong kamairicha, a pan-fried tea, is flowery, sweet, and apricot kernel-flavored. This chocolate has a satisfying minerality that lasts for a while thanks to the addition of Peruvian Ucayali River cacao to the blend.
Cacao, cane sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, and tea leaves are the ingredients.
