Fish Maw (Frozen) - 500g

Fish Maw (Yu Piu / 魚鰾 or Fa Gau / 花膠) is a local delicacy in South East Asia and commonly used as a key ingredient during Chinese New Year. 

When boiled in a soup it has very high collagen which is beneficial to the elasticity of the skin.
