Sliced Corned Beef Brisket ~100g

Corned beef brisket is located at the back end of the brisket, and tends to be leaner than its close cousin, the pastrami. Beef brisket is cured in brine and spices and then boiled. 

Excellent with melted cheese in between toasted bread. It also goes well with sauerkraut (which is rich in probiotics) or gherkins.
