A Tomahawk steak is a ribeye steak that still has the rib bone attached to it, giving it the appearance of a tomahawk axe. The MB2 refers to the marbling score, with the MB stands for "Marbling Score" which is used by Meat and Livestock Australia (MLA) to grade beef. The scale ranges from 0-9, with 9 being the highest level of marbling. 

Slow cooked over charcoal or gas, the Tomahawk is seared on the outside and then rested to create an impressive presentation. Served with a side of charred broccoli or oven baked baby potatoes, this cut is a must at any gathering!
