Our grassfed wagyu cattle are raised on the rich green pastures of Central Queenlands. Pasture containing grasses, wildflowers and herbs is the natural diet of cattle on these pastures.

These grass fed Wagyu cattle are free to roam throughout their lives. They are slower to mature and fatten, thus delivering better marbling than other grass fed cattle.

The striploin steak is absolutely delicious with a layer on fat on the top which can be top seared to bring out the flavors of the fat.
