Our ready to roast Pork Belly has been marinated overnight with in house spice mix . The pork skin has been pricked by hand and air dried for 48 hours to achieve extreme skin crackle and crunchiness. The set comes with prepacked salt crystals and instructions to roast a perfect roast pork belly!
The 2-2.4 kg size feeds 20 pax.
